We are a nonprofit Foundation/institution which aims to improve the educational, cultural and technical scientific of São Tomé and Príncipe youth, in order to increase their ability and participation in the national development process, through stimulating activities of entrepreneurial capacity support, training and promotion of environment and asset protection, sustainable development programs, mobility and Exchange activities to promote knowledge and social activities to help the neediest, without any type of social, religious or political filiation discrimination of the beneficiaries.
We intend to establish partnerships with national and international institutions which proceed the same goals.

Education
Our Institution carry activites of computers and school material distribution in order to help education institutions in São Tomé and Principe.
We help students by promoting exchaning ativities and training in public and private international Colleges.

Health
During our years of existence, Manuel Pinto da Costa para o Desenvolvimento Institution has been supporting São Tomé and Principe’s financial development by acquiring tools which contribute to benefit health care provided to the population and also by sending patients to the Portuguese medical boards.
Housing
Manuel Pinto da Costa para o Desenvolvimento Institution proceeds different types of social activities which supports underprivileged and vulnerable families and also the ones who were affected by natural disasters, with equipment that helps the reconstruction and rehabilitation of theirs houses and work offices.
Food Suplies
Social and charitable institutions are the main beneficiaries of food aid by Manuel Pinto da Costa para o Desenvolvimento Institution.
Our main goal is the rice distribution through partnerships between our Institution and its liaison body from India designated GNS.
